Experienced hires

Applications are to be dropped off at the office premises by experienced individuals who are interested in working for the firm.

The recruitment team goes through received applications and would invite shortlisted applicants for an exam.

An interview is subsequently conducted for those who make it to the next stage.

 

Summer Internship (graduate)

Our summer internship program gives year three and final year students an opportunity to work in our firm, and get a chance of experiencing how academic knowledge in Accounting, Finance, and IT is applied in the corporate world.

Acceptance is usually based on recommendations made by our various Universities in Sierra Leone

Our internship program lasts for a period of 12-24 weeks between the months of July –December. 

 

Summer School: (School Leavers)

BDO Sierra Leone offers a summer school program to students who have taken their West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) and intend pursuing a career in IT, Accounting, Finance or Business Support.

Such experience at the firm is life changing as it helps school leavers to get a feel of what our work entails, and help them in making up their mind with regards their career path.
