Extended public consultation period for ESRS simplification
The deadline for EFRAG to deliver its technical advice on the revision and simplification of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) has been extended from 31 October 2025 to 30 November 2025. Consequently, the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board (EFRAG SRB) has decided to extend the public consultation period from the originally planned 30-45 days to 60 days, running from the end of July 2025 to the end of September 2025.
