IFRS Foundation publishes updated version of educational material on going concern
The IFRS Foundation has published an updated version of its educational material to support the consistent application of IFRS Accounting Standards related to going concern assessments.
The material was originally published in 2021. It has now been updated to reflect recent developments, particularly the issuance of IFRS 18 Presentation and Disclosure in Financial Statements. The updated material also references International Standard on Auditing (ISA) 570 (Revised 2024), Going Concern which has been issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB).
