Solade qualified as an Accounting Technician (AAT) and obtained a Technician Diploma in Accounting in June 1995. She later qualified as a Chartered Accountant and also obtained an MSc in Strategic Procurement Management in 2012.

Solade joined the firm in 2006 with a solid background from the private and humanitarian sectors and has since been actively involved in the assurance and advisory services of the firm. She is currently Senior Manager in the Business Support and Taxation unit of the firm.
