Waltina has invaluable experience in the humanitarian sector with specific reference to Design, Monitoring and Evaluation. She obtained a Higher Teachers Certificate from the Milton Margai Teacher’s College (now Milton Margai College of Education and Technology (MMCET) in 1994 and completed her Bachelor of Education (Measurement and Evaluation) in 2004.  She gained a Certificate in Language and Contemporary Teaching Techniques from Bell Language School in Essex, United Kingdom in 2005 and has a Masters in Science (Development Studies) from the Njala University.

She has gained vast experiences in managing assessments, baseline measurements and evaluations for sponsorship, water, sanitation and hygiene, health, nutrition, HIV and AIDS, agriculture, education, governance and advocacy projects/programmes.

Waltina has worked with various organisations in the humanitarian sector, has undertaken independent consultancy assignments and made significant contributions in the development sector. 

She joined the Firm as a Consultant in 2014 and became a full time staff later in the year. She currently heads the Project Management Department of the Firm.
