Rakiatu Tholley

Mrs Rakiatu Tholley (ACG) is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate Member of The Chartered Governance Institute (UK & Ireland). She also holds a Diploma in Data Processing.

She joined Lennap Services Limited as a Manager in 2007, after returning from the UK where she qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 2004.

She was appointed the first Managing Director of the company in October 2009. Rakiatu has acquired almost two decades of knowledge and experience in Company Secretarial Practice, Corporate Governance, Human Resource and Administration, which forms the core business and expertise of Lennap Services Limited.

As a Corporate Governance professional, she is experienced in working in a strategic and influential way to ensure that corporate bodies operate within the prescribed legal and regulatory framework including financial regulations and also maintain high standards of corporate governance practice.
